Any pics? Let me see what it looks like might do the same myselfNope didnt find but made a custom from an old Volkswagen roofrack instead. Does the job for now
Hi guys
Searching for a roof rack for my Freelander. Any suggestions on where to find this? Ive seen that there are some racks especialy for the Freelander but they are hard to find.
Thanx!

Looks good man. Cheap as chips too compared to the fitted ones.. I have cross bars myself.. But would love the proper rack..Here u go. As you can see its just a Volkswagen roofrack placed on the rails. Does the job for the moment. Im driving about 1000km each week, both highway and offroad. Easy to remove the rack when I dont need it, or just want to place my mtb on the roof.
They're all like hens teeth to get.. Any new ones you manage to get will cost a small fortune.. Best keep an eye on sell sites and scrap yards..Any one have an idea where to find the roof racks for the 3 door model?
I'm liking the black wheels against the body's blue which I'm guessing it's 849 Cairns blue. I've just bought a Cairns blue SE and was thinking about black rims on it. I have D3 that has black rims so like to look.Got one of these roof rack, from direct4x4

Does the job, think it might look better sprayed black, a job for the spring then!!
Looks nice and has given me a reason to crack out the paint when the weather improves. Thanks Nodge, yeah, you're right, it's Cairns blue. Bought the rims of flea bay, £42 for the 5 (bargain!) and refurbed them myself in satin black. I think they look better than the original alloys it came with.

Reckon the roof rack would look better in black too??
Looks nice and has given me a reason to crack out the paint when the weather improves.
I might go gloss black like my D3 rims. I do wish my beloved Pirelli ATR were available in a Freelander compatible size.
