Looking for Offroad Tires 34" x 10" for 16" Rim

Does anyone here know of a tall, narrow 16" tire with 34" outside
diameter and 10" wide tread to fit on a stock steel 16" wheel? Or
something close?

Right now, the truck has Buckshot Mudders, and they fit this
description, but they are very noisy and they are getting old and
chunks of the lugs are coming off (really!). I want a quieter tire.

This is for a lifted military Suburban, so it has to have the "look" of
narrow tall tires, and I don't want 12" wide tires!

Any leads are much appreciated!

The BFG all terrain TA's are an excellent choice.

Hey Carl...thanks for the info, but the LTB looks noisy. BFGs are all
very wide (around 12.5" for the 34" OD sizes.

Someone must know of a nice tall skinny 16" tire with a fairly
aggressive tread and a quiet ride! Anyone at all?
