hello to every one
ended up here whilst looking for info on range rover rear crossmember replacement, for my 1989 silver 3.9 range rover LPG converted, used most days for running around and at weekends for play (yes it actually gets dirty),
Mods so far are a 2"lift, steering guard , diff guards, and heavy duty steering arms more to follow.....

I'm a member of the South London and Surrey Landrover Owners Club. any one else????

Are any of you are coming on the London to Brighton run 30/9/07

so by reading some of your threads its possible that the rear cross member is not part of the MOT is this true? any help would be most appreciated thanks

Hi and welcome. The cross member is but not the floor some tester try to fail it if the rots within 30cm of the seatblt mountings but as they pass thru the floor and attach to the chassis you can argue this with them. wether you'll win or not is a different matter.
