Oi, Lion bar, a simple hello might've sufficed.

land rover

plus a less than perfect blue tooth keyboard

and, at the very, very end, take only photographs, leave only footprints:

lost on many: but thats the point > happy landrovering and good luck

well, my less than brutally obvious post achieved something !

I live in a forest in Norfol and drive a land rover. I don't green lane for the fun, but because I live there....... And, like you, my land rover has a gear box, clutch, ignition, axles that require a little care... hence membership of landyzone. Which, hopefully is a broad church, and a mature one. Sorry if my video is boring, I made it as a response to many, many, many equally dull vid's of v8 landrovers tearing a nice strip out of something perfect. But ... live and let live .... I won't post again, but with a little luck a few trees, and too much time in the woods, will get the better of you too. Tread lightly 'cos it's the only planet we have. Good luck Landrovering.

Chill pill Lion.

we dont take too kindly to peeps pushin their own phylosophy down our necks.

juzz have a look around, keep yo head down and see wot Landyzone is like.

mad hat man, i pushed exactly nothing. Posted a perfectly tame, and perhaps even quite pleasant, video. Exposed a rather unpleasant and perhaps all too expected ugliness. The Land Rover is a product designed out of the needs of war to provide jobs in Birmingham and suppport the needs of hard pressed agricultural communities everywhere. It is a testiment to that vision that such a robust and much loved machine has been embraced and put to good service around the world. I am very sorry if my short video, made out of respect for the engineers that created the machine that I rely upon to get me to worj, and therefore feed my children, has caused such ..... a reaction ... in your forum. I am of course very humble and most apologetic that my un modified 2.5 TD5 doesn't rip half of the peak district apart, but, I don't happen to believe that that is what it does best. I am not, will not and could never, be about to push anything on anyone. Good luck landrovering, it's a fine vehicle you own, made with great spirit by fine people, with noble aspirations.

????????? Mad as a bucket of frogs.
Although i do appreciate the fine engineering bit and the humble beginnins of land rover, I dont go tearing up the country but niether do i go tree huggin.
When my much loved landy is up to it it will go to organised events run by my local club.

apologies landy 10, I hope I haven't offended. Maybe I should engage brain before diff lock. Only point to be made ( and I have never, ever, hugged a tree ) is .... I like my land rover better than my previous Toyota Colorado and my present Jeep, although it may not start as often. I'll keep my head down, have a look around, push nothing ( except perhaps the land rover ) and continue to admire the courageous spirit of the committed Land Rover owner.
