Llangollen lane blocked

Llangollen lane blocked by farmer, big chain and padlock, 2 bails behind the gate

Did a Wales trip at the start of the year with northen monkeys we meet the grumpy lady farmer walking her dogs and she was complaining about people not staying to the track after this gate, and she would close the lane if it carried on.
Well I was in the area last week and did a few lanes and found this

I've driven the lane a few times and it's a easy lane, no reason for anyone to go off track

Always good to carry a good pair of bolt croppers in the vehicle.

Although that welded hoop looks quite hardcore.

This has been reported to the police and council several times this year about the obstructions as far as I am aware the farmer has been told several times

The local police are well aware and 1 group even cut the padlocks off took them into the local nick. Another group and group of bike riders had a stand off on the lane as well with the farmer I heard in the end the police turned up.

Is this lane still blocked, im out that way tomorrow so might go and have peek, might even take my croppers aswell .....
