A few months ago I fitted a set of slightly used rear leaf springs to my series 3 SWB. The ones that were fitted when I got it were badly rusted between the leaves and were too far gone to re-use. The vehicle leaned at the back by around 1 1/2" to the driver's side
I found a set of rear springs on ebay that seemed to be fairly new. They had the right part numbers printed on them for which side they should be on. I fitted these and that seemed to ciorrect the lean for a while.
However, in the last week or so since I got the brakes sorted and have driven it again, it is leaning again. This is to the same side and by the same amount as it was before. I don't understand why this has happened as it was alright for a while.
