He's had a P38 so long he's getting like one. Shepherd and sheep and all that. And like a typical oul burner the head is the weak link, especially when you chuck too much fuel at it.

Hi LADS AND LASSES, JUST AN UPDATE REGARDING " TOMCAT" ALAN , I SPOKE TO JEAN TODAY , SHE TELLS ME ALAN ISNT TALKING NOW AND IS SLEEPING MOST OF THE DAY . HE IS STRUGGLING TO SIT UP IN BED WITHOUT HELP . HE ISNT IN PAIN , AND IS COMFORTABLE AT BEST , THE MCMILLAN NURSES ARE THERE DAILY , SO IS OTHER HELP . ALAN COULDNT TALK ON PHONE TO HIS SON JOHNATHON LAST NIGHT , SO THINGS SOUND NOT GOOD , OK SORRY ITS NOT BETTER NEWS , WILL KEEP YOU ALL IN THE KNOW . KIND REGARDS MOZZ .

Cheers Mozz for the updates. I was going to call Alan tomorrow but I'll give it a miss now. I only have his mobile number and fortunately Jean answered last time to put me through so don't want to be troubling them. Is any one looking at the messages we send and maybe reading them to him. Just feel I need to keep in touch some how as he's been a great friend to me in the short time I've known him.

Thank you for your update, I feel really awful as I've been busy in the garage and not left a whatsapp voice message for a week.I Iifted a glass for him last night and my thoughts are with him and his family
