Late model Td5/puma middle seats in an old 110 County

Just got a set of 2nd row seats from a late model 110 County and am about to try fitting them into my 1997 110. Anyone done this and know of any obvious pitfalls, necessary bodges, choice swear words etc?

I've prepared well and got the big hammer out!
