if you use a padded envolope, your postage will cost more because the total thicky-ness will be over 5mm so just do it in a regular envolope.
so just do it in a regular envolope.

**** off... im just trying to save tre some postage on 100's of envolopes! the usual letter envolopes <5mm thick, the cost of a 1st class stamp. cos over 5mm thick starts around 60p i think.
