Depending where you live in Manchester. Steve Parker in Whitworth Rochdale. As for Manchester itself there a few independent garages mainly older types handle regular landrovers. I am in New Moston and I use Turners on Oldham Rd for general work on my Freelander 1 td4 .

I had a very bad experience with County 4x4 - I will never recommend them to anyone. 4 return visit's and in the end I fixed the problems myself. Trustworthy is not a word I would use.

finally got the probemfixed, the contacts on the relay requied a clean.

Hi do u think hed sort a non starter,cranks wont start,tried a diesel guy he failed to sort it ,requires easystart ,very annoying its up for sale,an enthusiast will nail the problem,i dont trust garages in general,after spending £350 on injectors,still not starting,looks like electrical issue

Depending where you live. I am north Manchester motorfix ltd was the chaps on Oldham road next to ta centre off Broadway a663. Did nothing come up on a diagnosis machine.

If it starts with easy start IMO it ain't electrical. Had same issue on my RR TD6, started with easy start but not without and as you speculated it was the fuel pressure regulator which is the same as the one fitted to the TD4.
