I've decided to put my 90 project up for sale, as I've found a Disco I want instead.
I bought this as a non-runner, with the intention of putting it back on the road and using it to tow my horse trailer to pony club stuff for my eldest daughter. In the meantime the missus bought a horse lorry, so the 90 has become redundant.
The Good.
Chassis is pretty solid. It has had a recent rear crossmember, and everything else is fine. There are patches of welding here and there, but all welding chassis wise has been done.
Doors are ok. It looks like they have been repaired in the past, but they're not the worst I've seen.
It comes with the Ifor Williams canopy and mesh tailgate.
Engine starts and runs really well ( it's a 19j). Very little smoke from cold. Pulls well through all gears.
HD drive flanges on the rear.
V5 here and in my name.
The Bad.
No mot or tax.
Seats are knackered, they're there and they work, but they really need replacing.
No headlining.
Bulkhead has had the top corners repaired (not by me), it's not the prettiest of jobs.
The footwells have small holes, and there is a patch needed near the brake servo.
I took it for a pre-mot 2 weeks ago and it failed on the following.
Fog light not working, I've replaced the whole unit, but I think it's probably the switch
Small patch of weld near the brake servo.
Play in the drop-arm ball joint.
Exhaust insecure. (Fixed)
Passenger door won't open from the inside. (Fixed)
That's it. She's not pretty, and if it doesn't sell at this price, I'll fix it up over the summer and use it for the shooting season.
£1500. Berkshire.
