hello there guys and gals.just picked up my first ever landy today,a manual v8 disco2(lpg) and apart from a 5th gear gearbox issue,i had a laid back 50 mile b road trip back home.im 44 years old and most of my earlier cars have been more speed orientated than the disco(still got a nice escort cosworth in the garage,2300miles in the last 6 years

)but i shoot every sunday now and have been interested in owning a good 4x4 for a while.as i know little to nothing about taking a car off road i will be very gratefull for advice and help when it comes to issues that pop up with use.Great site btw

never been a big fan of shotguns after a shot as a we boy.i shoot air rifle mostly hft shooting in comps but im hoping to do a bit of vermin along with a few guys ive met through the club.we do have our shooting ground in a large clay facility in dalry.
