Lake District Laning Guidance

Hi, Im new to the Land Rover life as I've recently bought a 53 reg defender 90 Td5. Im also keen for the outdoors and camping along with my recently acquired companion Lola (just to clarify Lola is a cocker spaniel puppy) . I live in the Darlington area and id love to get on some lanes in and around the lake district. Is there anyone (or a group) willing to take a rookie under their wing and teach me a thing or two about whats what in terms of general laning etc. If so, i look forward to a chat

I don’t think Dean does trips in the Lakes at the moment.

We go up a few times a year but haven’t planned anything until our Coast to Coast at Easter.
