The Bosch Maf sensor is generally a 100k service item, it'll flag a fault code if it is going up the ****ter. That's interesting, Henry. Thanks for your comments. I had BOTH Lambda sensors replaced with brand new ones before last MOT and that appeared to significantly improve the lying green display's output for a while. BUT...it is still a bit better than when on old ones, but my simple OBD2 device keeps saying both banks are almost always either running too rich or, less frequently...running too lean. I cleaned the MAF a few weeks ago when I serviced the LPG fuel system, but I've not looked at the MAF sensor. Presumably it's connected to - or upstream of - the MAF?
Mine does around 13mpg around town on LPG and 17 on a run.
