L322 Wheel Bearing ? Anyone know good independent garage near Glasgow?

2004 Range Rover L322 V6 Diesel.

I have a drone pulsation that I can hear and feel from my front right at low speeds, the tyre shows signs of wear so I thought it must be a wheel bearing. However I took it to my local garage who did not think it was a wheel bearing and advised I take it to a RR specialist. I am in Glasgow UK and took it to Elite Range Rover in Clydebank, they think it is a bearing but have now highlighted other issues that they want to fix as well which makes the car beyond economical repair.?

Does anyone know a decent garage that I can take my L320 Range Rover to for a genuine honest repair?

Why do you think it's not the tyre? Internal damage that's not externally obvious can cause droning

I'd get a second opinion from another garage. It my well be a deformed Tyre.
If the Tyre is ruined have it changed and see if the problem persistes. You've nothing lose if its is already worn and damaged maybe?

What did the "specialist" highlight as other problems?

+1 Move the tyres from front to back and see if the problems moves.

Thanks so much for the recommendation on swapping out the tyre, I will try that this weekend and see if I can also see any play o the bearing, Stay posted !

I took my car to "Elite Range Rover" in Clydebank, South Douglas Street, however I was scammed as they charged me £110 inspection and didn't even take it for a test drive !
My issue was a pulsating noise, perhaps a wheel bearing, or drive shaft, so wanted them to diagnose and advise me what the issue was then look to proceed if possible.
However after 3 days they got back to me and said the wiper blade was worn and there was wear on one of the front tyres which I advised them about before hand. Therefore they told me that they were unable to take it for a test drive because the wiper blade and worn tyre saying its not road legal but I still would have to pay the £110, absolutely disgusting ! I politely asked if they could perhaps go 50% as they didn't test anything on my car, but they told me to f##k off and I need to pay or else ! so beware of Elite Range Rover - Clydebank in Glasgow and avoid like the plague !

I have swapped out both front wheels with others I have to rule out a dodgy tyre, the noise is the same.
I have checked both bearings and there doe not seem to be any play.
I coasted in neutral slowly to rule out the gearbox, the noise remains.
I will stick my GoPro under the car and see if this helps next.
