l322 touch screen problem !!

ive got a 54 plate tdv6 vogue with touch screen sat nav, when i start the vehicle up the land rover emblem appears on the screen and the bottom left button light flashes but nothing else will power up !!! any ideas ??? thanks

A friend of mine has the same issue with his range rover did u manage to solve this issue.

I would guess the OP's RR is sardine cans by now, and Owen, it's because your mates car is full of water
I appreciate you are trying to help your mate out and there are dozens of problems with these vehicles and 99% of them have been dealt with before but the OP only made one post 6 years ago, i don't think he is watching that thread.
If i am correct, your mates car is pre 2005 so wont have a touch screen so most likely his satnav unit in the left hand rear quarter has water ingress, very common fault, probably next to the swimming pool under his EAS compressor / spare wheel hence the sloshing sound from your other thread, only a guess but might put 2 and 2 together ?

If you adjust the fade button does the noise change to the rear?

Thats the whistle, changing to breast stroke now.
