2005 L322 TD6 Auto. I've tried various diagnostic computers, they all power up but they will not recognise the range rover at all. I decided to buy an icarsoft lr2. It will recognise some modules, but will not recognise the engine, gearbox etc (allthough it does recognise the transfer box). The climate control module is recognised among other things, and shows correct live data. I'm also unable to do a generic obd scan.
Not sure if this is related to the obd fault, but the range rover kept cutting out suddenly, and would only start after being left for 30 seconds or so. It's not a fuel related problem, there wasn't any spluttering and it didn't struggle to start after the 30 seconds. Still getting fuel through so I assume it's an electrical issue. Cut out the other day and will not start at all now. Just turns over.
