L322 TD6 Engine error codes

Hello, I have a 2004 3.0 TD6 vogue. I've checked the car using allcoms and got the following codes:
0404 0404 Exhaust Gas Recirculation 2
1260 1260 Delivery Pump Control System
3505 3505 Glow Plug System

I wanted to know what the delivery pump control system refers to, Fuel pump? and how can I diagnose that problem.
Its been very cold in my region, the past few weeks have been -10 to -20 degrees, it takes a while cranking it before it starts and sounds like its struggling for a while before warming up. Once warmed up, it drives well, and starts first time.

If it is the first time you have plugged in diagnostics, I would clear all the faults then drive her around for a bit then plug the diagnostics back in and see what errors you have.
Errors on there may be from years ago if it has not been plugged in (highly unlikely with a RR though...!)

If it has been struggling to start only from very cold and there is a glow plug fault I would highly suggest there is an issue with the glow plugs and some of the 6 (or all) are duff.
