Ok so i have an l322 td6 3.0l 2002 m57 engine. As we all know theas are a masive pain to fix. So i had pre mot check witch gave me a few items to fix. So i have changed
Turbo
Turbo manifold
Injector
Top plastic cover.
Egr cooler pipes
New fule filter
So i was driving herd a loud pop and lost power in the engine manges to get the car home somone suggested it was a hole in manifold so orded to replace upon taking aprt i found egr cooler pip had broken and the egr pipe to intercooler had split. So i replaced. I also cleand egr. Befor repair i put fule clener in the system and she ran near enough perfect started fine befor repair.
Upon taking aprt the top half to change manifold and turbo had 2 stuck injectors so got theas removed and replaced everything that needed replacing. Put back together than sprung fule leek from top of filter i fixed this. Than sprung leek from the t pice where the fule returns from t connector spilling quter of a tank over the floor. replced this so fule leek is fixed no issue no more leeks all good. But my issue is now she will not start . She will crank over the fulle is definitely gett through as pulldd bolt of end of fule rail to bleed the air out the system have a feeling it may be week crank . As battey dies pritty quickly after charging up. But i have a feeling there may be more to the issue
Hoping somone can shed some light on what my issue may be.
I have checked connection on injectors everything is tight and connected as sould be. So my feeling is its either fule pressure or injectors not fireing but as it ran first start befor repair i have no clue
