I think i will, I’ve got another issue now with the washer jets not working on windshield and headlights no noise from pump

They are on separate pumps

Yes i know, that’s why it feels strange two pumps to have broken at the same time. When you pull the lever water comes out from both pumps the windscreen one and the headlights one, there is no pump noise whatsoever so it feels weird both pumps to be broken together.

You could check to see if there is 12v at the plugs when you activate the screen wash button. That'll give you an indication of current or duff motors and then go from there. :)

I dont know on the l322 but the p38 headlight washer do not run every time you do the screen its after so many screen washes they will do one wash and if screen wash is low they will not work to save fluid for the main screen, so two stopping at once may be a red herring.

Same on the L322.

I think the connectors are the same on all the pumps so can be switched, 2 of mine were switched when I got it but can't remember which, maybe rear and headlights.
Don't see how water can come out though if pumps aren't working. Although it runs out of my headlight washers if I fill the water tank up too much.

Just got back from the garage, they said pump is working as they took it out and tested it, tested fuses as well, there must be something wrong with not getting the signal to work.. no idea

Many people suggested the MF31-1000 battery.
I got the MF31-1000 battery, garage said it won’t fit as the battery terminal clamp is short (needs 4cm in length instead). I guess the battery’s terminals are different. I attach a picture with the old battery setup the distance from the two screws on the left to the terminal clamp is 3cm and they said is short for the MF31-1000. No idea what to do, do i need something like a terminal clamp extender?

I think its because the terminals on the Hankook battery are a bit lower (positioned differently) than the one I currently have.

I found some extenders , that will probably work i guess.

Look up the correct battery for your particular L322, note its dimensions - including the layout of the terminals as in left hand or right hand positive - & then compare that to the one that's being suggested.

MF31-1000 shows as L330xW172xH242, all mm.
Tanya do a 110 amp that you can get on e-bay with a 5 year warantee for around £140, I put one in my 2004 3.0 diesel vogue and it has been superb. I read in th eoriginal owners manual that 95 amp was fine but there was an asterix saying up to 110 required if *additional extras and equipment ordered.
