L322 no start

Really weird one this
Engine turns over but no start
A little slow turning so replaced battery and starter and added an extra earth
Still same
Removed injectors and fitted them on pipes upside down I get all 6 to inject but only once turn key off and try again all 6 will inject
What would do this I'm befuddled

Isolator?

Are you safe and well and the vehicle secure?

I think it might be broken

That is why your thread was moved

Have you checked the inertia cut out switch? you'll have to check your manual for its location.

Sounds like a lack of fuel?
