Hi, It's time to replace the brake discs front and rear on the car.
The Britpart discs from Island 4x4 seem great value. Has anyone had experience with these items.
I have seen a few posts where Britpart has been criticised regarding quality but surely safety critical parts have to be manufactured to a certain standard. Your recommendations would be most welcome. Thanks Ian

Not heard of a problem with ****part Disc's, let face it "Britpart" buy most of their part in and re-badge them.

Britpart Brake Disc's will be the same as another make in a different box off the same production line in the far east somewhere, why pay more than necessary, go for it, just buy decent known pads.

Nothing wrong with Britpart Brake discs, I've used them and never had a problem regarding disc or pad wear, warping etc.
At lot of the Britpart negative posts are down to paranoia I think.

I have bought genuine LR stuff in the past and it's turned out to be crap and lasted no longer than Britpart.

On my p38 i got drilled and groved britpart discs all round with green stuff pads and no problems worth reporting except I get alot of dust building up on the wheels but I think that's down to the groves on the pads
