L322 air suspension hard fault

Evening all, I'm new to this forum and require some help or advice please. I've just changed an air suspension tank on my L322 which is under the driver's door because the original one was leaking, before it was change the EAS was working perfectly, now all the dash lights that shows the air suspension mode has gone off and it's entered a hard fault code, diagnostics shows that front valve block has supply fault and when I clear the fault code the lights comes back on for about 3 seconds and off again with the same fault code. Any thoughts of advice would be very much appreciated. Thank you all in advance.
