L320 4.2 V8 abs sensor

hi folks as you can see my rear abs sensor is getting a groove cut in it
top photo is the hole on rear hand side (drivers side hub) when I turn the hub the part the blue arrow is pointing to is also rotating
would anyone be able to help me as to what it could be

no it had new bearing before I got it
had a look today the dust shield on the half shaft must of popped off at some point as it was put on back to front
