L series vs Td4 driveability

I am only driving my L series a week now and i think it is ok, and the bmw engine is better
for power, with blanking EGR valves etc is to much hassle. the the freelander has
enough problems with IRD and VC ELECTRICAL, etc . i drove a tg4 and i was impressed, but
done some homework on both engines and went for the good old L series.
the freelander is a comfortable jeep to sit in and it is no different in diesel or pretol form.
what ever paddles your boat.

Eh up lad - you've been on here no more than a week and you've used that dreaded 4-letter j**p word at least twice. :(

Please be aware that this is a J**P free zone. :p

That's enough bad language - no J**ps here! :D

I remember like it was yesterday SV............ although only being 44 it pretty much was! If it wasn't an MG BGT, or a Mk 3 Cortina 2.0 E, or a Viva Firenza my mate bought at 14, and we tinkered about with most evenings, moving it forward 30 feet, then reversing............. funny how it all starts coming back! lol :)

:censored:you will have me censored next,
i will not use the word j**p again.

Definitely NOT a J**p.

You're lucky it's me just having a laugh - and not some of the tratterboys escaped from the 'anything goes' section. ;) :D

They scan for such words I think - but I imagine they are too busy at this time of the year clarting axle grease on whats left of their chassis, in a vain attempt to stop the winter salt rusting them away completely. :p

SV.
