Kawasaki KLF 300b atv - works great loads of power. 4wd with hi and low box etc.

no back brakes as the cables snapped - fronts work perfect
steering has to slop in it due to a worn bush on the steering column - easy fix

comes with boxes of spares!

i have used this to take rubbish down the drive, chasing the dog through the woods and generally having a laugh.

only selling due to purchase of a new quadzilla 2 seater (mrs doesnt know)

ill have a look i think theres a counter under the seat - not that i ever bothered to look. its 20 years old and probably been round the world twice

Any pics and any faults other than back breaks ?

defo 4x4 as klf b was 2wd and dont think the 4x4 had low box (sorry i work at a kawasaki dealer !)

vils coming to mine soon, so if you get it, he can drop it off here if you need to, or pop down/whatever

(my trailer isn't on the road yet)

sorry i was confused, it is the 4wd, i broke a 300b for spares a couple of months back and ive got it on the brain.

Yes high and low box. its been used on a farm so its not exactly a looker. Ill dig out some piccys

from memory -

choke lever missing off the handlebars (I just pull the cable a wee bit)
general corrosion around the thing but its solid
slight weep on rear axle from l/h wheel
the wobbly steering caused by worn bush in the steering column
oh the previous owner replaced the battery with a stonking great car battery, so the airbox was removed  i have fitted a cone filter as he didnt have one on it! and the original airbox etc is all included in a massive tub of spares (inc spare rear axle etc)

After 30 secs on choke itll merrilly sit there chugging away all day, towbar is very handy.
Its just not heavy enough to drag my trailers across the lawn unfortunately - itll just spin all 4 wheels!

im wrong 2wd had diff lock 4x4 had low box ,im interested if its 4x4 and in ok nick

ah so im not mad

aye the 2wd had difflock and it was ok

But the 4wd with lowbox is much better :) The 2wd was rotten through! had been up on the beach at thurso too many times and just died.

roof rack would be good ,could lift it off with the forklift off the farm :p

that's just silly. what we could do is arrange some type of slings over a tree branch and spend a few hours mucking about nearly dropping it.. that's how we like to roll
