Key resync

Guys I've been looking through the forum for a step by step guide to resync a new car to my car, I can lock/unlock it by the key but not the buttons on the fob, when I unlock it by the key and start it the alarm goes off, so for the minute I have just unplugged the alarm.
New owner but not new member,

Done now guys thanks had to do it the old way though would not friendly resync

Tell your insurance, impossible to steal, let alone with the key
