@lynall and @haza88 Freddie is all ready now. Had a recon VCU fitted and new front driveshafts yesterday, along with a gearbox flush and a couple of bushes. He has been given a thumbs up by Freelander Specialist, so I’m ready whenever you guys are for a couple of hours on a Saturday.
(Got my KCC permit also ;))

Let me know a good date and we can meet at Bluebell for a coffee and go from there?
 
How does Saturday 29th of April sound? You are far better at getting yours ready than me as havnt had time to do the bits needed on mine yet how is that date for you two ?
 
29th sounds good to me, rest of the month I am on 6 day weeks, I kin hate 6 day weeks but love the money!

29th Apr sounds good to me, Hopefully lanes will have dried out some by then.

What we thinking 9 am meet at cafe for coffee and bacon rolls ? Where up Newbury this weekend then I will start tinkering to get it ready
 
Managed to get time to change front and rear axle oils and transfer box oil today , just got gear box to do as engine oil and filter not that old, finish off wax oiling chassis and replace both front door locks o and new front and rear axle breathers as current ones are knackered , quick wash n I’m ready

Are you Both good to go?

Ok, so we have the date - 29th. We have the meet point - diner on bluebell hill.
Time? I can do pretty much anything, and there was talk of meeting in the morning for coffee first. Is that still ok with you guys? If so, are we talking 10am or something?
