No rain thats one of my main thoughts when anyone mentions east anglia is it always seemed to be raining, but at the time I was into motorbikes so you tend to notice the wet stuff more as your balls get soaked again!
The joys of pay and play events, you get bored after a while and then get carried away
Problem with the kent lanes is many are so tight you damage your body and i dont mean just scratches. some Ive stopped in and you cannot open the doors!

It does rain, but some places round here get less than a foot a year. As opposed to where I lived in Cornwall, which often gets more than forty inches a year!

Cornwall is like that too. Due to the high rainfall, warm climate, and almost no lane clearance, that is common.
We call it interference fit vegetation, the sides of my Ninety are covered with scratches. and there is a big dent in the roof, from where I misjudged a big branch hidden in the greenstuff!
Just thinking some more on the laning, both my cars have dented front wings from surprises hidden in the bushes, both have roof dents from the same, mate ripped his front wing clean off! snorkel top has been ripped off as well
Seen the results of a disco rolled 20 odd feet down into a field, nearly did the same on my 90, another series I had to winch up as he was in danger of going over the edge, we were so far apart and out of sight we had to use horns to communicate, winch cable was 100 metres long!
Im sure theres loads more Ive forgotten about.
Laning in the snow is great but can be bloody dangerous as well.
