It's actually an 8mm spanner size, but rust makes the head smaller.
I've had to use an air chisel to cut them off before now, as they seize up solid.

Hard to get at to cut, but I'll do what I have to...thanks for the info...
They are, which is where an air chisel comes in handy.

I usually find a 2lb hammer works. If not I've a 4lb. Sadly no air chisel.
