Got it a week or so ago for £1500 as:
a) Something to take rubbish to the tip
b) Parking at Tesco so my other car doesn't get dinted
c) Bit of a project for me and the boy to tinker with
So far have fitted a centre seatbelt in the front, so that the wife is happier for the little nipper to sit up front. Was all going well until smoke started coming out of the dashboard on Monday morning, which only stopped when I disconnected the battery. Ignition seems to have shorted.
Removed the lower fascia today and extracted the key switch - worn as hell and all burned out - so will fit a push start and a toggle switch for the glow-plugs, as soon as the bits come from eBay.
