Judder or Rumble ~ Ross-On-Wye

My Series 2 swb (200tdi fitted) judders/rumbles at about 40mphs but you can drive out of it or should I say it reduces. Any pointers of where to start or if anyone lives near to Ross-On-Wye or within a reasonable distance that could spare five minutes ( I would obviously drive to you.)
Any help much appreciated.

best get wheels checked for balance if you can drive through it .
Jack front wheels up and give them a spin whilst watching for tyre deformity.Had a mate give me and missus a lift home in his citroen and he said he had rear wheel wobble . When he stopped to drop us off I inspected tyres and he had a huge bleb on one lucky I found it as he was driving to France a few days later with his two kids.

Mebbe check the prop shaft bolts are all tight? Worn UJ's perhaps?

Whilst you are under checking props make sure spring u bolts are tight.
