Jet wash or not?

Hi all
Just about to refit front offside wheel and looking under the wheel arch I wonder if I should jet wash off the accumulated crap (not much in reality) or leave it alone.
Advice??

I only ever wash the drivers side coz that's the side I see all the time.

No No No. I only wash the passenger side - coz that's the bit my mum sees when I pick her up!

JUST STOP ALL THIS NONSENSE WASHING FOR GOODNESS SAKE.
We are Landy owners, we have no scruples, we contribute more than our fair share to the airborne pollutants every time we manage to start our vehicles. WHY O WHY do you want to use a resource so valuable as water to clean it.
Now go and stand on the naughty step and don't move till you're over this stupidly.
