Stolen today from LEGOLAND Car park was my Black 2001 TD5 Defender 90, it was left at about 10 o'clock and when the missus returned at about 6 pm some W*N*K*R had taken it.

Its got various mods on it Like
TD5 badges are black 3D raised letters not the standards flat sticker,

Defender across the bonnet, in the same 3D black lettering,

Landyglass side, bonded on windows,

Twin shock turrets on the front with blue springs and procomp white shocks,

Mudstuff centre console with obviously the radio, switches and a home made battery monitor (which is 2 volt metres mounted above each other with a small rocker switch underneath),

Center pod replacing the ash tray with two switches and a pitch and roll thing (cant remember the proper name),blue lights in this,

The switch panel near the right of the steering column is plated with chequer plate, (no switches),

Centre cubby box (home made) contains my rather large subwoofer,

Bulk head removal bar,

The rear floor is chequer plate including wheel archers and up the side of the tub,

2 discovery seats which fold up, with permanent legs which fold down bolted to the floor,

Access hole in the rear floor for the fuel pump,

Mudstuff side panels for the rear with the centres cut out, giving the effect of 2 windows in the back,

New rear door, with a new panel and yellow crimps on the wires connecting the heated rear screen,

Interior lights don't work, with the doors, but work if switched on LED bulbs,

Behind the front wheel arches are small pieces of old mud flap riveted to the arch and body,

Home made winch bumper, looks like a normal tubular winch bumper with the A frame. (you can tell its not a production item),

NAS light lenses all round, the front side lights are different, (dropped one) same style but looks a different colour clear if that makes sense, and the side lights are LED bulbs so they look blue ish,

If you see it, please call the local fuzz, or if your feeling bold give the driver a stern talking too (if you know what I mean).

Comes to somet when you can't go out for the day without having your pride and joy taken.
I hope you get it back and the thieving scum who took it die of a slow and painful death.

Gutted for you my friend. Hopefully it will turn up in one piece and will just be the work of some little scrotes who needed a ride home and didn't want to pay for the train or bus!

Just found this post on Google. Our 110 was knicked from outside Legoland last Sunday along with all our stuff at the start of a 2 week holiday having traveled down from the north of Scotland. We were told it is the only car ever to be stolen at Legoland.. I'll post a new thread in a mo..

The funny thing is the police and Legoland have said this is the first time a car has ever been stolen there.

Tell the police as there could be a link which helps them catch those involved. Also tell lego land. It's not their fault but they may be able to do something for future visitors.

It will be on it's way to Uganda in a container by now.
Quite possibly. I had the same thing happen to me with a Merc 300D I once owned, the police told me it would most likely be going to Africa. Never saw it again.
I used to live in E. Sussex and moved to the Isle of Man to get away from this kind of thing. We just leave our cars unlocked here most of the time because car thefts are extremely rare on this island, thankfully.
