I have petrol spurting from the fuel cap of my old Range Rover whilst driving, and have been told it could be a breather problem.
From the cap side, I have just feed a length of flexible net curtain wire down one of the breather pipes, and after less than two feet it is meeting resistance - surely it should have travelled as far as I could have feed it?
Thus, could the breather pipe be blocked, as suggested?
Any advice much appreciated.
