right so what we decided on intercooler and tweak it or not lol
I can't find anything wrong with tweaking the pump tbh
Bit more smoke, but who gives a ****? At the end of the day, any diesel car smokes a bit, just some more than others.

yep on an engine that's at least 16 years old and probably done in excess of 200,000 miles like I said in my 1st reply just asking for trouble.
if you fit a masive intercooler. You run the risk of blocking the air flow thu the rad and blowing the engine.
on a 200 the intercooler is mounted alongside the rad so cant block airflow to rad
There will never be a problem anyway as air will pass though a full size intercooler then reach the radEven with my dads intercooler theres no problem with airflow really
Think you should all read this

not if you fit an enlarged one it has to sit infront oif the rad
no your just talking ****e, have you ever fitted or been out in a landy with a bigger intercooler or tweaked pump
And the rad will still get plenty of air flow. And there are 2 different fins 1 for road with closer together fins, and off road with bigger space between the fins for more air to rad and easier cleaningnot if you fit an enlarged one it has to sit infront oif the rad
yep been out in a few been laning with peeps that have fited em never to a 200 though. never had any trouble keeping up with them. the risks of knackering an old engine int worth the extra?? performance.

You could be in big trouble with that if it got mudded up
never had a problem and it regularly gets proper muddy It doesn't like idiots reversing into it though.
thats true, lol
