I need to give the insurance company a value for the agreed valuation.

I've put some pictures in the Gallery - could anyone give me any guide?

Thanks

It's a 1963 Series 2a Petrol with 35,000 on the clock (A new speedo was fitted when a new Petrol engine was fitted in about 1975 to replace the original diesel engine) According to the logbook (!) there have been 2 owners from new.

Here are some pictures.......

Quite nice shame its not very original.
Wrong wings (late series 2A) , colour , wheels, door hinges and mirrors.

Is all the capping's painted over?

I would say about £1000 to £1500 depending on if the buyer is worried about the above or not, and how well the mechanics are.
Also what's the chassis like for rust and the bulk head?

Ps
On a landy of this age mileage is not that important

The colour's my fault but it was done about 12 years ago when I didn't know better!

The chassis and bulk head are solid as it's spent more time in the garage than on the road over the past 30 years.

I think the cappings are painted in silver smoothrite,.
