just wondered as I would have thought it would be easier (or is there a reason I dont know about?)
 
Yes he can PM the details on here.... waste of time tho as he fooks off before he gets em and dont show his face until peeps forget about it :rolleyes:

I have had Pm's with Dan in timely fashion and well satisfied with what has been said and done.

Thought reveling PM's between people was not allowed

And if information was requested by the company or any insurance company, and the client does not provide said info ............. Though luck I guess

think the issue here is the cancelled policy with no refund ( hence pocketin 400 quid for doin fook all.).and drivin around for 2 days with no insurance courtesy of af.

Info requested ,and not delivered oh well. And Person did not say if he paid a years up front or on a monthly pay plan

plenty of people have had bad experiences with them off here , very simular to the op ,s

still would be nice to hear the answer on here , bet it just dies a natural death like all the other freds

Err would it matter whether it was yearly or monthly?? they still took 400 notes and cancelled an insurance policy without
refund.
 
After 5 weeks no refund or even a suspension of policy. To cancel and not refund any is tantamount to theft. If all things required haven't been provided then technically the policy shouldn't have been initiated in the first place.

I'm currently insured via Adrian Flux.....after reading all this I'm not sure I'll renew my policy with them!!
 
Me and my other half are with flux and I have a modded Landy and she has a golf r32,

She had a similar problem and she spent of fluxs Facebook page to have a rant and here posts were deleted, she posted again stating here post had been deleted and then she was blocked,

The only thing flux have kept there word to for me was, I had a 94 300tdi 90 and I sold it and realised I has messed up, bought a few things and sold them all to buy another 90, I had just changed the car on the policy this is all withing 12 months of taking it out, I rang up to get a quote to change me car again to a 97 300tdi 90 and they wanted to double my premium, the reason because it was newer, I said #^$#^%+%++%*%*%** its the same thing even the same colour,

I had a very long chat with a helpful guy who agreed to taked to his manager and get back to me, he did and and said if you buy another 94 300tdi 90 the would put it back to my original premium,

I found a nice 94 300tdi 90 very close to home and bought it, flux kept to there word and dropped my premium back less the £25 admin,

My renewel came through and it had tripled, I rang them to ask why and got told they dint know, I said I'm ending it and don't want it to renew, I'm not paying £1800 for a pay and play toy that doesn't even do 3k a year I rather not use it, then after a few days I rang back and the requoted it for me and my other half all the mods £750 wtf

Insurance company's are a law to them selves, my van insurance cost nearly 2k a year

I don't see why they couldn't phone dvla direct to check your licence other places have done that before with me if I haven't had my licence.

I was with them for several years without any problems, but then I never made any claims or missed any payments. I only left them cos I had a way cheaper quote for renewal else where.

Now I'm with Lancaster £202 fully comp. I'll have me some of that.

Hastings Direct wanted £440 and £300 excess for the same level of cover.

all insurance companies seem the same, they give you a cheap quote for a couple of years and then ramp up the renewals thinking you're to lazy to shop around.

But they SHOULD have sent it recorded. I ended up in court when I was younger for something similar and was told by the judge that it should have been, that way had you have been in an accident like I was (with no insurance) then there was no way you could deny not knowing anything about it.
