Instrument Cluster

Hi All

I am new here and have a problem with P38 V8 Instrument cluster. All the lights are staying on even with ignition key off but the display is not be showing. How do I solve this, I have tried to search for previous threads did not get any that specifically address my qn. HELP! the car can start and move but this problem is just a nuisance
