Instruction for removing door panels

Hello
How do you remove the panels form driver or passenger doors?
I have found a diagram showing parts online but no step by step instructions.

I removed my outer skin on the door top by simply opening the tab that holds it around the edge, using a screw driver. Then some players to release it from the flange.
To re-apply I used a gentle touch with the hammer, to fold the tab again.
It looks untidy from the inside but only if you are really looking for it.

No bolts or screws anywhere?? I guess I have to first remove the door and open the inside covers to see the tab right?
The door in question is in a scrapyard and I want to just buy the panel. The less time I spend there less he will ask for it.

You have to bend the folded edge back carefully or it will fracture.
