hi is there anyone close too haydock who has an injector puller/slide hammer i can hire please
or no anywhere i can hire one
need to remove injector no4 from my td6 its all stripped down ready
so hopefully if its not seized in too badly wont need it long
 
Was looking into making one but dnt know the thread size for a bar too screw into injector, pus were too get threaded bar also i dnt have any decent bits of metal plate hanging around to knock anything else up
 
Not sure on the thread size but google can give you that. You don't need the threaded bar, just a nut welded onto a long bolt, or anything like a bar/massive nail with a socket on it would do.

I know its not ideal but the chances of finding someone close enough are zip. Or you could try and find an injector refurbisher, if you convince them you will bring the injectors in to them they will loan you the slide hammer.
 
im doing it from home dnt have a welder no decent size bolts or nail,and to be fair i butchered the old injector as i snapped the plastic on the top lol,
not really messed with cars for a long while i had a garage full of stuff years ago but not any more.
