hi all... bit of a problem here..disco 1994 had a cobra 0802T immobilizer fitted, behind steering wheel in dash. well it doesnt work.so ive taken it off joined wires together again for ignition everything lights up but wont start...just a click from starter motor..vehicle will start with a push and ran it around for half hour incase battery flat. still just a click when try to start on key.....put a spare fully charged battery in, again just a click...it has now become a pain...what have i done wrong in taking the immobilizer off.........HELLLLLLLLP lol

Difficult to say, Cobra are well respected in the vehicle security industry so removing an item of the immobiliser and then expecting just by rejoining wires will remobilise the engine forget it.
Was the systems ecu removed or just the user interface (fob or whatever) is the system combined with a Cobra alarm ecu?? You will need a Cobra circuit diagram for the system that was installed and then trace the wires to there various termination points on the vehicle.

You may be able to run a wire to the starter from the ign switch to bypass.

hi there..the ecu was taken out...it was wired into the ignition wires..i looked along the wiring loom and could not see any more connections anywhere...the immobilizer is a cobra0802T..4c0802stf..classe sra if this helps anyone, think i might just bypass it..

the immobiliser problem was sorted last weekend...the fault lay in the starter motor being burnt out by the stupid immobiliser.......more trouble than enough...will stick to the factory fitted alarms and stuff now... so thanks for any help i received out there though all it was was the starter motor burnt out cos of the immobiliser....
