Hi all
I did cover this a bit on a previous post because my td6 was quite noisy but now I've noticed the oil seems really thin even when very cold
I put in some diesel additive which quitened her down, it has got louder but not as bad as it was.
The oil level is always the same but could any diesel be getting into the oil?
It smokes a bit on start up so wouldn't be suprised if it was burning a bit of oil.
I'm going to do an oil change but what do you think would be the best grade for a 230,000 mile car?
