Im running my IID tool off a pixel phone. Its glitchy as though and is always crashing, which gets a bit old rapidly.

Is it more stable on other hardware?

Always use the I pad works great for me.

Ah ok, ill give that a try. I tried to get the software to install on a galaxy tab and it wouldn't have it at all.

Tried it on iphone 5 and 6 and ipad all work just fine with zero issues.

seems that people on apple devices are having less issues. Ill give it a crack with the ipad.
I couldn't understand why the ap wouldn't install on the Samsung tablet. Im not down with the kids in terms of IT equipment.

I've got the GAP iiD software on 2 Android tablets without any problems - Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.5 & Tesco Hudl 2.
However I had to give up totally on my Android Samsung Galaxy S7 mobile phone - the software never did anything but crash immediately after starting up.
