Hi does anyone know if you can buy new internals for ignition and door switch Mine is on its last legs I think
Probably at a dealer for an extortionate sum. I thought mine was knackered, it turned out to be wear on the key blade, a new blade sorted it.Hi does anyone know if you can buy new internals for ignition and door switch Mine is on its last legs I think
I have read that the dealers say the mechanism cannot be replaced and the whole assembly is needed. It's not true, the mechanism is easy to remove. You do mean the mechanical part and not the switch? Thanks, cant find any part no
Easy enough to change the bulb, or you could put some hair round it.The light has gone on mine, impossible to put the key in when it's dark!!!

Understood, but that sounds like somebody who has far to much time on their handsIt was supposed to work and didn't. I couldn't live with that so had to fix it.
