Hi was just changing light bulb today and switched ignition on so I could put lights on to see exactly which bulb to change and could here a sort of quick tickking noise which I located to the IAC Valve. Should this be making a noise when ignition on but car NOT started? Or does it need replacing. Rev counter has been very slightly been going up and down recently. Or is this normal?
