if an option to imobilise the vehicle is introduced they are more likely to set fire to it if they can't get it going....
if they think they got away with it, you can probably track it down to where they have parked it

Maybe something like if it loses GPS, it texts you (accepting they may jam GSM too) but also, it triggers an ignition kill for the next time the truck is switched off). At least this way if it's just genuine crap GPS reception and the legit owner is driving the truck, then they can override it. If a scrote has nicked it they'll be stuck where they stop for a while at least

As the majority of the jammers need 12v power, a microswitch on the doors when the unit is 'armed' and then as a reaction to that, perhaps isolate the ignition and the 12v power socket too

God knows what that does to the pricing but I reckon its gotta be below £300 without annual subscription charge to compete
