bump, I'm surprised this wasn't stickied in the common faults section.

Someone tied a knot in the terminal end, only knots have a habit of changing shape and slipping under load.

But i suggest yu copy n paste the relevant info into a concise fred, ready for putting in the Q's and A's, without all the associated crap.

fur example - the fred title isnt gonna lead anyone to realise this is afred for fixing them - is it?
