Your SIII 109 probably has a Salisbury rear axle. The Range Rover diffs don't fit that. RR diffs up the gearing by a bit more than 30%. I think it's an O.K. conversion if your only using the Land-Rover on the road, but the standard low gearing is perfect for when the going gets rough and for pulling heavy trailers.
