Well, this angle looks extreme to me. Do you think I will ever get this to run vibration free.
I got this as a non runner and I am slowly working through the issues. It now runs and is safe.....😂🤣.
I put a 45 degree out of phase on the front prop and it has reduced the vibration.
To the point I removed the rear prop and went for a nice vibration free drive. So the front prop is sorted, the cranked arms at the front have retained the diff flange angle for the RRC.
I reckon the solution is to remove the 2". Then start aligning everything again. Will need standard front and back arms again though, unless there is another solution I don't know? Double cardon joint, custom rear prop.🤔

Well sorted the vibration.
Went with a discovery double cardon shaft. Cut the DC off it and welded it to the original prop. Then pivoted the rear axle back to lift the pinion to point up to it. Result, no vibration.
